We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Cell Operative to join our team in Dinnington. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring our Parts Cleaning Machines are refurbished up to standard and ready to be delivered to our UK and European customers. You'll assemble, test, and fault find our machines to ensure a high quality of machinery – full training given!

Job Responsibilities for our Manufacturing Cell Operative:
- Repairing and refurbishing machinery as directed.
- Assembling a range of our machines.
- Ensuring all tools, equipment and the workplace are maintained in good order.
- Ensuring quality checks are carried out and work is within the standard expected.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved, and escalate if there is risk to meeting these targets.
Skills/experience required:
- Mechanical background is essential.
- Tig & Mig Welding experience advantageous.
- Worked in a manufacturing or repair environment.
- Electrically competent in PAT testing & fault finding is advantageous.
- Familiarity of 3-phase industrial machinery is advantageous.
- Familiarity with mechanical and various fasteners/fixings.
- Industrial experience with some experience in a technical environment is desirable.
- Reasonable technical skill, ability to read build drawings or an understanding of basic schematics.
